Climate : The year 2000 was marked by balanced climatic conditions for good production of Armagnac. A balanced spring marked by a balance between sun and rain. Followed by a sunny summer until the October harvest. A year favoring the growth of the vines. With an alcohol content at bottling of 47% vol. alc.
Grape varieties : Baco 80%, Ugni blanc 20%
Color : Golden amber, limpid and brilliant.
Nose : Delicate and intoxicating accompanied by a floral scent and subtle notes of lemongrass, nuts and ginger.
Palate : Expressive with touches such as crème brûlée or even pecan nuts, maple syrup, candied oranges, dates and coriander seeds.
