At the distillation

Our production process is based on the judicious use of wood-fired stills, a traditional technique which gives our spirit an incomparable authenticity. The Armagnac still that we use is distinguished by its particularity: no use of water is involved in the cooling process or in the reduction of alcohol.

During distillation, wood is our preferred heat source, offering an environmentally friendly approach. The choice not to use water for cooling the still demonstrates our commitment to the preservation of natural resources. By avoiding the use of water, we minimize our ecological impact while preserving the purity and quality of our precious nectar.
