At Château de Lacquy, we implement two fundamental principles which define the exceptional quality of our products. First of all, we largely use our own oaks for the manufacture of our barrels, thus guaranteeing total control over the origin of the wood. The high percentage of oak from our own land underlines our commitment to quality and traceability.

In addition, we only source our supplies from the local cooper, thus strengthening our ties with the local community and promoting artisanal production of barrels. This local approach not only helps support the regional economy, but it also ensures close collaboration with barrel artisans whose know-how is anchored in local tradition.
