Climate : The year 2008 saw major climatic changes characterized by a cold period with hail followed by a period of heat continuing with cooling. The season ends with a cold and dry month of September. With an alcohol content at bottling of 49% vol. alc.
Grape variety : 100% Folle Blanche
Color : Golden amber
Nose : Floral evoking rose, jasmine, wildflowers as well as some notes of vanilla, white pepper and a hint of nutmeg.
Palate : A fine and long expression of flowers accompanied by a touch of grapefruit peel.
Awards : Double Gold Medal at the San Francisco World Spirit Competition 2023
